Fun Fact About The Frugal Free Gal
Wanna know a little fun fact about The Frugal Free Gal?
I used to be about 65-70 pounds heavier. That's right. During college I let myself go a little and gained a little weight.
A few years later I knew something had to be done. I started eating right and exercising. I started to feel better, and because of that, I wanted to keep going. Today I am at my lowest weight that I have been in a long time (and I even have a two year old!) I was heavier in high school than I am now. I keep exercising. Doing something active everyday is a must.
I am happy to say that tonight I am teaching my third indoor cycling class in three weeks. I am on the sub list at Gold's Gym and when an instructor needs me to cover, I'm there! I have a great music list and always trying to find music that makes me want to move!

Smart Ways to Save Money on All Your Pet Needs
Have a pet?
If you answered yes, we all know how expensive having a pet can be. I have a calico cat. You can see her photos here. I buy cat food, cat food, cat treats, and of course I had to buy cat food bowls/litter boxes and cat toys for her. This adds up. For those of you that have more than one pet, especially hungry dogs, I know you are having to spend a lot of money to take care of them. Then you have vet bills, medicine, collars, bones, chew toys, etc.
Are you interested in saving money on your pets needs? Visit Pet Smart Savings. This website has great information that will help you save as much money as possible on your pet’s food, toys, and services. Be sure to check out this website soon if you have pets!

Organizing the Coupon Binder
I am playing catch-up! I decided to get my coupon binder out and make sure it is ready for tomorrow's shopping trip. Items I plan to get tomorrow include: Free dish soap from CVS, cookie cutters from Michael's with my 40% off coupon, $4.50 worth of free items at Food Lion, a free Limeade Sparkler from Taco Bell and lots more that I need to stock up on. My August giveaways are packaged and ready to go to the post office. And, I get to go to the thrift store tomorrow!
This is just an example of what my kitchen table looks like when its time to organize. I am about to go through my CVS/Walgreens circulars and pair up coupons with sales!
