Merry Christmas, Ya'll!

I am a little late with my Merry Christmas message, but actually, I still have 12 days, right?

Wikipedia.org: The Twelve Days of Christmas are the festive days beginning Christmas Day (25 December). This period is also known as Christmastide. The Twelfth Day of Christmas is 5 January, with the celebrations of Christmas traditionally ending on Twelfth Night and is followed by the Feast of the Epiphany on 6 January. In some traditions the first day of Epiphany and the twelfth day of Christmas overlap.

First, I want to shout:

Happy Birthday, JESUS!

Afterall, He is the reason for the season.

Second, I want to say:

I am so blessed.

I have everything I need, so it is my duty as a Christian to give back.

I hope that I can continue to give unselfishly in 2011.

"Now this I say, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed. Now He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness…" 2 Cor 9:6-10

And finally, please pause for a moment and remember our men and women who are serving overseas during the holidays, who cannot be home to celebrate with us, or their children--especially my own hero.
