I do not participate in Black Friday. I have never been very interested. I would love to get some of the great deals listed but I just can't seem to bring myself to waking up very early in the morning and dealing with crowds!
Although I don't participate in Black Friday, I know many of you do. I wanted to be sure to fill you in on Black Friday Deals so that you can take advantage of them. A good friend of mine at Frugal Invitation has a Black Friday Ad Round-up that you can view if you are interested.
You can see the Black Friday Ads Round-Up at Frugal Invitation here.

Most of you know that I LOVE Swagbucks, and speak very highly of the program. For those of you that don't know about Swagbucks, it is the online rewards program that I have participated in for six months that let you earn "digital dollars" to be traded in for prizes. I always choose the $5 or $25 Amazon Gift Cards, and they have added up! My total earnings in six months is $180 in Amazon Gift Cards. We all know that you can purchase just about anything at Amazon, so this is why I choose to trade my earnings in for the Amazon gift cards.
This morning I had planned to go to Amazon.com to use my earnings to purchase the Christmas gifts that I needed to buy for my two nephews and niece. I set up my Christmas gift budget this past week and planned to spend up to $25 on each child. Go here to read about how you can set up your Christmas gift budget.
The total at checkout ended up being $64.00 but after using my Swagbucks earnings, the total was $0.00. I qualified for the free shipping on each gift and still have earnings left in my account from Swagbucks. In six months, I have yet to spend one penny when using the Swagbucks program, and have earned the $180 to spend towards gifts.
My goal was to get enough Swagbucks earnings to cover Christmas presents this year and it has paid off! You will continue to hear me speak often about the program because it does help others to earn gift cards and save money on items. It is a frugal and free way to earn! I have already several friends that have told me how many cards they have earned! It always makes me smile to know they are taking advantage of a wonderful program!
If you are interested in earning Swagbucks, go here.
Read my tips for earning Swagbucks here. If you still have questions after reading these tips, email me at email@example.com and I will be more than happy to answer them for you.
I am interested in knowing how much you have earned through Swagbucks or what you are saving your earnings for. What are your thoughts on the program? Please leave a comment!

They Did Their Share
On Veteran’s Day we honor
Soldiers who protect our nation.
For their service as our warriors,
They deserve our admiration.
Some of them were drafted;
Some were volunteers;
For some it was just yesterday;
For some it’s been many years;
In the jungle or the desert,
On land or on the sea,
They did whatever was assigned
To produce a victory.
Some came back; some didn’t.
They defended us everywhere.
Some saw combat; some rode a desk;
All of them did their share.
No matter what the duty,
For low pay and little glory,
These soldiers gave up normal lives,
For duties mundane and gory.
Let every veteran be honored;
Don’t let politics get in the way.
Without them, freedom would have died;
What they did, we can’t repay.
We owe so much to them,
Who kept us safe from terror,
So when we see a uniform,
Let’s say "thank you" to every wearer.

I started earning Swagbucks in early May of 2010. By the beginning of June, I was already trading my earned Swagbucks in for $5 and $25 Amazon Gift Cards. Now, its November and I have earned $175 in Amazon Gift Cards through Swagbucks, and less than 100 Swagbucks away from another $5 card.
Is this program real? Yes!!! I have already traded in my earnings and have used some of them through purchasing items from Amazon. The best part is that Swagbucks will be paying for several Christmas presents that I need to buy this year!
If you do not know what Swagbucks is, go here to read about how you can start earning. I would also be very happy to help you if you have questions with using the program. Just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are interesting in earning Swagbucks, go here. You want to be ready to earn on Mega Swagbucks Friday, which is tomorrow!
