About Me
Who is The Frugal Free Gal?
I am a proud military wife and a mother to a beautiful two year old daughter. I have one calico cat. I love blogging, working out, teaching cycle classes, gardening, sewing, Texas, BBQ, Mexican Food, Dr. Pepper and funny movies/TV shows. I also love thrift store shopping, coupon clipping, and deal finding, and I LOVE finding things for free to almost free!
I created "The Frugal Free Gal" blog so that I could share the latest free samples and deals with you.
