Save Money on Halloween Costumes

I know it is still September, but October will be here before you know it. Have you bought your kids Halloween Costume yet? What about yours, if you plan to attend any parties? I am finding that thrift stores such as Goodwill are already selling Halloween costumes at a very low price. They are priced around $5-$6 at our Goodwill store here. This is great considering most costumes brand new usually cost around $20 or more.  I am also seeing several at Once Upon a Child at about the same price. I see Halloween costumes at garage sales, too, and even picked up a few already. You can also make them yourself, which can be cheap, unless you spend a lot on the materials. What do you plan to be for Halloween, or what are your kids going to be? My daughter will be Minnie Mouse!
