If you are signing up for free samples on a daily basis, I highly recommend setting up a free email account specifically for free sample and newsletter sign ups. This will keep your primary email account from getting cluttered with emails that you do not necessarily want or need. Make sure you check it every now and then. Some free samples require you to confirm your email by clicking on a link in your inbox to receive the sample. You can easily create a free email at yahoo.com, hotmail.com, or gmail.com.
